After-sales service
CASELEE Machinery grant our clients a one year period or 2000 working hours warranty for any machines exported from us. During the warranty period, in case the defect of material or workmanship has occurred with spare parts in normal operation, the defective part will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
We shall also be responsible to propose a solution for the breakdown after our technicians inspect and confirm the corresponding pictures and written indications which should be supplied by buyer.
* Warranty: We supply one year warranty for all the machines we exported, during the warranty, if there is problem caused by machine quality without improper operation, we will supply the replace genuine parts by DHL to clients freely to keep the machine in high efficiency work.
* Spare Parts: We have 8 years experience on machine and spare parts supplying, we are efforts to supply Genuine XCMG spare parts with good prices, quick response and professional service.
Shipping
Once we prepared the goods, we will take detailed photos to our customer to check and confirm. Only everything is OK for our customer we will arrange the shipping.
Normally the parts delivery by express, air and LCL container. For the whole machine, shipping by container, flat rack, bulk or ro-ro ship.
Parts Supply
We have huge stock for frequently-used spare parts for truck crane, wheel loader, excavator all our sold machinery, for example all kinds of filters, solenoid valves, seal rings, lamps and so on. Make sure our customers can get needed parts at the first time to let their machine continue working in well condition.
Engineer Training
We can send our experienced engineers to your plant, carry out training regarding principle of mechanical operation, actual operation, repair and maintenance. Normarlly period is 10-15 days. You only need charge for round-trip tickets, accommodation and daily wage.
