Description:

QY20K5 is 20 ton XCMG truck boom, it is with XCMG designed and produced truck chassis with full wide cab, drive/steer is 6X4X2.

It is with 5 section boom and 1 lattice jib.

Main features:

(1) Great lifting and driving performance

Five-section boom with do decagon cross section has great lifting performance, which takes the lead in the same tonnage product of the industry. Three-axle specialized truck chassis and eight-gear transmission make the crane have superior driving performance,possibility and great maneuverability.

(2) High working efficiency

Mutually independent winch design makes main winch and auxiliary winch work independently. Self-made new confluence valve combines oil flows when operating winches, as well as boom out and boom up.

(3) New power platform provides great power and fuel economy

Large power engine with small displacement + power train with large speed ratio: small displacement engine can increase fuel economy, large power engine and power train with large speed ratio can increase the power supply for the crane. There are two configurations of engine are available, namely, Shangchai engine and Zhongqi engine.  

(4) Eight-gear transmission with synchronizer, comfortable operational experience

Fully synchronized transmission has synchronizers equipped with main and auxiliary gearboxes, which fundamentally solves the problems of disengagement due to the different speeds of gears, so that the operational experience is improved. With eight forward gears, H type control lever and integrated high and low gears, the number of gears is increased and gear shifting range is decreased, gear positions are well distributed, operation is more convenient.

(5) New radiator with good performance

The design of hydraulic oil radiator has been improved, so that the flow field of radiator is well-distributed, pressure loss is less and heat radiation efficiency is increased.

(6) Comprehensively enhance the reliability of system

New slewing buffer valve and telescoping control valve effectively solve the problems, such as oil leakage of buffer valve and lagging extension of boom. They make the crane have higher reliability and quicker response speed.

(7) New modeling and human-oriented design

New modeling is designed by professional team and the appearance of the crane is streamlined and novel.
